Brooklyn Designer Showhouse 2022

In benefit to the Brooklyn Heights Association, JS Interiors was invited to participate in the 2022 Brooklyn Designer Showhouse. Our firm chose the Sitting Room, and was inspired by the tradition of small studies, in particular a famous study that features trompe-l’oeil wall decoration at the Met Museum. The Sitting Room features a trompe l’oeil digitally printed wallcovering from Pierre Frey, upholstery by George Smith, antique carpet from Marc Phillips Rugs, window treatments from The Shade Store, globally-sourced plates and textiles from Tamam, a painting by Calli Moore provided by Nashville’s Red Arrow Gallery, and many vintage pieces from our collection. The paint colors used are Benjamin Moore. The result is a joyful, artistic and cozy space.
